Data repository for the referenced manuscript. All generated and optimized networks for TCGA and CCLE can be found in the corresponding .zip files. The Machine Learning input files can be found in the "GLM_FINAL.zip". The signatures and related preprocessing can be found in the "BC_signatures.zip" file with the "centrality.zip" containing the calculation of the network metrics. Required general input files and R packages are also given. For the hypoxic and radiation experiments, separate .zip files have been uploaded.
