Data were collected from employees of the International University of Management in Namibia.

Steps to reproduce
This study collected data from employees at the International University of Management in Namibia. University employees were selected because of their direct involvement in digital operations, which gives them access to the University's sensitive data and digital infrastructure. Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire. Questionnaires were printed and hand-delivered to respondents. Respondents were given two weeks to complete the questionnaires. Of the 320 questionnaires distributed, 180 were returned and usable. Data were analysed using partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). SmartPLS version 4.1.1.8 was used to perform the analyses.
