Using a Varian spectrophotometer (Jasco FT/IR-4600 LE, Japan) FTIR analysis, UV/Visible spectrophotometer Evolution 220, Thermo Scientific, USA, Renishaw Invia Raman microscope (Make: UK), FLS 1000 photoluminescence spectrophotometer, Edinburgh). asco V 770 UV-Visible Diffuse Reflectance Spectrophotometer (UV-Vis DRS), Japan.
