Steps to reproduce

We generated Tyr knockout (KO) mice using the PEACE technique. Tail tissues from the mice were collected, and PCR amplification with adapter addition was performed for next-generation sequencing (NGS) analysis. In parallel, a plasmid containing both the AsCpf1 expression cassette and the crRNA expression cassette was transfected into N2A cells. After 48 hours, the cells were harvested and lysed to extract genomic DNA, followed by PCR with adapter addition and NGS for analysis.
