GAMS codes for wagon sizing and allocating wagon

Description

This research determines the optimal number of wagons and the allocation of wagons. The case study is Rail Pardaz Seir Company) an Iranian rail company. First, in section 1, a deterministic dynamic mathematical model (an integer programming model) was coded to determine the optimal number of wagons and the allocation of wagons. And then, in section 2, a scenario-based two-stage stochastic programming model was coded as well.
