Multirooming: generating e-satisfaction

Description

This database is formed from the results of the electronic version of a questionnaire submitted to consumers via social media (Instagram and Facebook) between August and December 2021. Of the 1,458 responses received from Spanish consumers who had recently made an online purchase, only the answers given by the 205 consumers who had followed a 'multi-rooming' behaviour, having searched for information in both online and offline channels ('multi-rooming' behaviour) and, finally, having purchased the product online, were considered. The sample covered several locations in 43 provinces, belonging to 16 regions in Spain. The majority of respondents were university-educated women, aged between 30 and 49.
