Data for "The GATA Factor AreA Balances Protein Accumulation and Fruiting Body Texture in Flammulina filiformis"

Description

This dataset contains the data underlying the findings reported in the manuscript "The GATA Factor AreA Balances Protein Accumulation and Fruiting Body Texture in Flammulina filiformis". The data include quantitative PCR results for gene expression analysis, biochemical measurements of protein, chitin, β-1,3-glucan, intracellular and extracellular polysaccharide contents, colony diameter records, texture profile analysis data. All experiments were performed using wild-type, areA-silenced, and areA-overexpression strains of Flammulina filiformis under various nitrogen conditions and polyoxin B treatments. Data were collected from at least three independent biological replicates.
