The data is associated with a research article titled “Chefs Perspectives on Ethical Souring Practices in Fine Dining”. In this study, we examined the perspectives of 272 chefs working in fine dining establishments in India on the ethical sourcing of ingredients by adopting an extended model of the theory of planned behaviour.
