Description

This dataset contains the physiological data associated with the manuscript “Strawberry Fights Back: Deciphering the Transition from Stomatal to Biochemical Photosynthetic Limitation under Neopestalotiopsis Crown Rot Infection in Strawberry”. The dataset includes repeated leaf gas-exchange measurements from strawberry plants subjected to Neopestalotiopsis sp. crown inoculation and Trichoderma treatments, as well as canopy retention metrics derived from image analysis at 21 days post-inoculation.
