CFA-Induced Arthritis Systemic Inflammatory and Redox Alterations

This Mendeley Data repository contains the complete experimental dataset generated in the study entitled “Adjuvant-Induced Arthritis Triggers Systemic Inflammatory and Redox Alterations Across Multiple Tissues in Wistar Rats”. The dataset includes raw and processed data obtained from control and CFA-induced arthritic Wistar rats, encompassing functional inflammatory parameters, synovial leukocyte characterization, plasma oxidative stress markers, lymph node redox parameters, skeletal muscle inflammatory and mitochondrial markers, macrophage functional assays, and multivariate analyses. Data files include individual animal measurements, biochemical and oxidative stress assays, Western blot densitometric analyses, macrophage activity assessments, PCA matrices, and correlation analyses used to support the findings presented in the manuscript. The repository was created to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and accessibility of the experimental data associated with this study. All data are organized according to experimental compartments and analytical procedures, allowing independent verification and reuse for scientific purposes.
