This dataset contains anonymized clinical and pathological data of 289 women aged 75 years or older diagnosed with breast cancer at the Japan Red Cross Ishinomaki Hospital between 2011 and 2020. The dataset includes screening history, clinicopathological characteristics, treatment modalities, and outcomes. It was used in the analysis reported in the manuscript “Breast Cancer Screening in Women Aged 75 and Older: Insights from a Hyper-Aged Region in Japan” submitted to Preventive Medicine Reports.
