Description

Cutaneous granulomatous diseases (CGD) are heterogeneous inflammatory skin conditions involving granuloma formation and macrophage accumulation. While the use of Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKi) for CGD remains novel, this systematic review summarizes the current evidence regarding efficacy and safety of JAKi for CGDs.
