Description

This Dataset contains processed file of the data we have received. 609 Indian banking customers responded to the questionnaire. Responses regarding Social CRM attributes such as Connectedness, Customer orientation, Customer engagement and Customer support, banking customer's social CRM experience, customer loyalty, advocacy and their concerns regarding their privacy were collected using structured questionnaires.
