Description
This dataset contains the processed abundance data for the study of alcoholic liver disease.

Steps to reproduce
1. Animal Model & Treatment: A mouse model of alcoholic liver disease (ALD) was established. The mice were grouped and treated with Brassica rapa L. polysaccharides (BRLP) or served as controls/models. Fecal and serum samples were collected at the end of the intervention. 2. Gut Microbiota Analysis (microbiota_2.xlsx): Total genomic DNA was extracted from fecal samples. The 16S rRNA gene (e.g., V3-V4 region) was amplified and sequenced using the Illumina platform. The raw sequencing data were demultiplexed, quality-filtered, and processed using standard pipelines (such as QIIME 2) to generate the final OTU/ASV abundance table. 3. Untargeted Metabolomics Analysis (metabolomic data.xlsx): Fecal and serum metabolites were extracted using appropriate solvents and analyzed via LC-MS/MS. Raw mass spectrometry data were processed for peak alignment, peak picking, and integration. Metabolites were annotated using public and proprietary databases, resulting in the final metabolite peak area tables.
