Extracted Raw Dataset

Description

This dataset contains the coded study data supporting the findings of the meta-analysis titled "Effect of AI Agents on Learner Curiosity across Educational Settings: A Meta-Analysis." The dataset includes extracted raw data from 27 empirical studies yielding 51 effect sizes, comprising treatment and control group means, standard deviations, and sample sizes for each effect size, alongside coded moderator variables including AI agent type, educational level, academic discipline, intervention duration, and teacher involvement. Computed Hedges' g values, standard errors, confidence intervals, and heterogeneity statistics are also included. The data were extracted and coded independently by two researchers following a pre-established coding framework, and were analyzed using Stata 18.0 to produce the meta-analytic findings reported in the manuscript.

Steps to reproduce

First, search for eligible empirical literature from the reputable databases such as WoS and Google Scholar. Second, extract the primary raw data and run a meta-analysis.
