Description

This dataset compiles quantitative preclinical response data for anticancer drugs evaluated in mouse xenograft models. It comprises 1,602 experimental records curated from 143 peer-reviewed source publications, covering four major cancer types: breast, colon, colorectal, and lung cancer. Each record provides standardized information on treatment characteristics, including drug type, dose, administration route, and dosing regimen, as well as model-related variables such as mouse strain, tumor model, xenograft type (PDX/CDX), genetic alterations, and implantation site. The dataset also includes efficacy and toxicity endpoints, including tumor volume and tumor weight relative to control groups, maximum body-weight loss, initial tumor volume, and corresponding endpoint-day information where available.
