This dataset contains the data used in the study "Disentangling the Role of Soil Texture in Regulating CO2 and N2O Emissions in Upland Arable Soils". The dataset includes: - Processed data of CO2 and N2O emissions from incubation experiments under different soil textures and moisture conditions - Soil physicochemical properties, including pH, organic matter, total nitrogen, and inorganic nitrogen - Soil texture data (sand, silt, and clay contents) - Microbial analysis data, including functional gene abundances (amoA, nirS, nirK) - Meta-analysis dataset compiled from published studies on CO2 and N2O emissions - Modeling outputs from random forest and CART analyses These data support the findings of the associated research article and enable the reproducibility and further analysis of soil texture effects on greenhouse gas emissions.

Steps to reproduce
The dataset can be used to reproduce the results presented in the associated article. CO2 and N2O emission data were obtained from controlled incubation experiments under different soil textures and moisture conditions. Soil physicochemical properties and microbial gene abundances were measured as described in the manuscript. Meta-analysis data were compiled from published studies under standardized conditions. Random forest and CART modeling were applied to evaluate the effects of soil texture on greenhouse gas emissions. Detailed experimental procedures and statistical analyses are described in the associated publication.
