Data from the Sina Weibo platform during the 2023-2024 influenza season (October 2023 to March 2024)

Description

This document consists of two parts data for sentiment analysis, content analysis and developed a dynamic PSHSLCR model to quantify emotional contagion patterns driven by heterogeneous risk perception among netizens and post influence, and conducted intervention simulations to develop strategies for mitigating the spread of negative emotions among netizens. The first part collected the public data of the # Influenza # topic on Sina Weibo from October 1, 2023 to March 25, 2024. The dataset includes the original posts (username, user ID, posting time, content, and geolocation by IP city) and the corresponding comments (commenter’s username, ID, comment time, content, and geolocation by IP city), and the final dataset comprised 439 posts and 4,968 comments. The second part is the key words and stop words of this topic required for drawing the word clouds.
