This dataset complements the research article titled "A decision support tool for rubble stabilization on coral reefs." The data includes 1) anonymized raw survey records (method.csv and outcome.csv), as well as its edited versions (merged_methout_edited.csv and casefile_t0_netica.csv), 2) R code for data formatting, analysis, and visualization (BBN_R_data_cleaning_plotting.R), and 3) the resulted Bayesian Belief Network (coral_cover_benefits_v5.neta).
