PICASSO - microarray raw image files
Description
Raw microarray image files from "CRISPR-based peptide library display and programmable microarray self-assembly for rapid quantitative protein binding assays", Barber et al., Molecular Cell 2021. 10.1016/j.molcel.2021.07.027 Corresponding figure, subarray with relevant sample, and wavelength analyzed (if applicable) in file name. 4 subarrays per image, with #1 on top and #4 on bottom. Oligonucleotide microarray sequences listed in "microarray_seq_...txt" files. Locations of oligo sequences on microarray stored in "microarray_seq_...gal" files (GenePix file format). Intensity values with local background subtraction obtained using GenePix software.
