Breast cancer liver metastasis (BCLM) remains a major clinical challenge, yet its cellular and molecular drivers are poorly understood. To minimize inter-patient variability, we conducted paired single-cell transcriptomic profiling of primary breast cancers (BCs) and matched BCLMs from patients with treatment-naïve tumors.
