Low-pass filter and cycle averaging for SCR transient data

Description

This code has been developed to filter transient data froma a H2-SCR obtaining the filtered cycle averaged response. This code can be adapted to any cyclic SCR response, but it is important to update the number of non-basic harmonics between two basic harmonics inside the code.

Steps to reproduce

The data should be provided in the first colon of an Excel sheet. The Excel sheet has to be located in the same folder as the Matlab script. With this, after running the code, the result will be saved in a variable in the workspace.
