This dataset details the results of a DPPH assay, a biochemical test used to determine the antioxidant potential of Bentong ginger , Kelulut honey , and their combinations. These results, benchmarked against a Gallic acid standard , are supported by microplate images showing the characteristic color change from purple to yellow, signifying the neutralization of DPPH free radicals.
