Integrated MERFISH and scRNA sequencing data from murine ear, neck, and flank tissue from Normal, MC903-treated, and Oxazolone-treated Type 2 skin. This Seurat object comprises 3 MERFISH runs encompassing 16 tissue samples across various timepoints, and 4 scRNA-seq samples. MERFISH and scRNA-seq samples were segmented, mapped, and analyzed as described in our manuscript (see Methods). Sample, tissue, and cell-level annotations can be found in the object metadata
