Hei Ching WongDescription
This dataset contains the sequences obtained from a gut content analysis of wild large yellow croakers in Hong Kong (n=73) and Taiwan (n=8). It comprises high-quality 18S-V9 primer sequencing data, with forward reads labeled as XXX_1.fq and reverse reads as XXX_2.fq. The file names correspond to the sampling locations of each individual large yellow croaker, as described in the manuscript.
