Monte Carlo simulation script and iteration matrix

Description

The script implements the parameter registry, the pedigree-derived dispersions, the five correlation groups, the dependent sampling routine and the verification tests described in Section 2.6. It was run with under Python 3.10 with NumPy 2.2.6 and pandas 2.3.3. The script and the resulting matrix of 10,000 iterations for the ten scenarios and seven impact categories
