Dataset on Subjective Well-Being of Russian Organizational Employees (PERMA+4 Questionnaire)

Description

A voluntary and anonymous online survey was conducted in 2025 using the shortened version of the Organizational Employee Subjective Well-Being Questionnaire (PERMA+4), adapted by A. V. Smolyanov & S. D. Gurieva (2025). The dataset comprises three subsamples of adult employed respondents from various regions and economic sectors of Russia: Main (N = 325), Test (N = 155), and Control (N = 100). It includes data on sample group (Main/Test/Control), gender (M/F), age (in years), and job level (Staff/Specialist/Manager), as well as scores on the following PERMA+4 dimensions measured on a 5-point Likert scale: Positive emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, Physical health, Growth orientation, Work environment, and Economic security.
