Description

This dataset provides supplementary material for the study “Clinicopathological and Genomic Features of Anogenital Basal Cell Carcinoma”. It contains: Supplementary Figure 1: Histopathological and immunohistochemical images from an infiltrative perianal basal cell carcinoma biopsy, including hematoxylin–eosin staining and immunostaining for Ber-EP4, p16, EMA, and CEA. Supplementary Table 1: Immunohistochemical and molecular profiling data for a subset of 11 out of 50 anogenital basal cell carcinoma cases, including key clinicopathological and genomic findings.

Steps to reproduce

Histopathological images were obtained from formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections of anogenital basal cell carcinomas. Sections were stained with hematoxylin–eosin and immunohistochemistry performed using antibodies against Ber-EP4, p16, EMA, and CEA according to standard pathology protocols.
