Description

This dataset supports the research paper "Uncovering the Key Factors that Influence Gen Z's Purchase Intention of Activewear in Indonesia," which examines the direct and mediating effects of consumer lifestyle orientation, green skepticism, perceived behavioral control, subjective norm, attitude, and environmental concern on purchase intention. Data was collected through an online survey via Populix, targeting 190 Generation Z consumers across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Bali, using a 5-point Likert scale across 31 validated survey items analyzed through Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling. Key findings confirm that consumer lifestyle orientation, green skepticism, attitude, and environmental concern significantly influence purchase intention, while attitude partially mediates the lifestyle orientation-purchase intention relationship and environmental concern partially mediates the green skepticism-purchase intention relationship. The dataset is provided as an RIS reference file containing all citations used in the study, compatible with reference management software including Mendeley, Zotero, and EndNote, and can be imported directly into these platforms to access, verify, or build upon the sources cited in this research.
