HILIC metabolomics for intracellular metabolite in Candida albican with or without short chain fatty acids
Description
Candida albicans SC5314 was grown under four conditions: 1) YPD at pH 5.0; 2) YPD with 50 mM acetic acid; 3) YPD with 50 mM propionic acid at pH 5.0; 4) YPD with 50 mM butyric acid at pH 5.0. Cultures were grown for 4 hours at 37C aerbobically with shaking. Cultures were harvested and the intracellular metabolome was extracted for HILIC metabolomics. There are four replicates per condition. The file contains metabolites name; m/z for the metabolite, retention time for metabnolite, raw peak area in each sample, normalized peak area for each sample, ratio of area under YPD samples/ SCFA treated samples, log2 fold change of YPD samples/SCFA treated samples, p value for the ratio of YPD samples/SCFA treated samples, adjusted p value of YPD samples/SCFA treated samples and VIP score
