Description

This dataset contains bibliometric data related to immune cells in sepsis in EXCEL format, which can be used in bibilometrix package in R, including 2409 original literature collected in the Web of Science Core Collection from 2005 to 2025, as well as literature related to monocytes/macrophages (903 literature), neutrophils (786 literature), lymphocytes (660 literature), and sepsis related lung injury (218 literature) and kidney injury (83 literature). TXT format of all literature data is also provided for analysis in CiteSpace. The keywords and clustering results exported by Citespace are also included. In addition, the code for keyword and clustering heatmap analysis based on Python is provided.
