This study addresses energy and water consumption management in buildings, using tools like Revit, Green Building Studio (GBS), and a water consumption audit form. It explores cost-saving solutions such as modifying building envelopes, incorporating solar cells, and recycling gray water. A case study on three residential and one educational building examined the impact of these solutions. Results highlight the effectiveness of polystyrene insulation and polycrystalline solar cells, as well as the potential to reduce water usage by 60-80% through gray water and rainwater recycling. The proposed model demonstrates that these strategies significantly reduce energy consumption and increase profitability through a combination of variables.
