If a study is a problem, can a Teacher Help?
Description
This manuscript was developed based on the acquisition of lecture topics in educational psychology courses in the odd semester of 2022, the academic year of 2022-2023, in the music education study program in semester 1, Sate Christian Institute of Ambon. The topic in this manuscript was described in the scope of the diagnosis of learning difficulties and an explanation of learning disability, while the reading sources were adapted from the first and second sources. The discussion in the manuscript was described from the perspective of educators in student learning processes diagnoses; however, contemporary studies and prior studies before the pandemic were debated and even reflected on the millennium era. Furthermore, based on the discussion of the adapted literature review, it can be seen that internal and external factors influence each other in the process and outcomes of student learning and continuous reflection on student learning, as well as the process of reflection not only on the side of the educator but as a form of a comprehensive and collaborative system between the government, education units, educators, research coverage, and the community.
