Burnout syndrome, perceived stress, resilience, wellbeing of eighty (n80) nurses was measured using validated questionnaires .The Connor Davidson Resilience Scale was used to measure psychological resilience. The scale consists of 25 items, rated on 5-point Likert scale. The score ranged from 0 to 100- 100 reflects highest resilience score.35 Perceived Stress Scale - a 10-item tool was used to measure level of perceived stress over the last month. The score ranges from 0 to 40. Higher scores indicate greater levels of perceived stress36 WHO Wellbeing 5 was used to measure subjective psychological well-being. Scores range from 0 to 25. Higher scores indicate better quality of life .Maslach Burnout Inventory is a 22-item instrument. This was used to measure burnout in three different dimensions: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization & personal achievement. 40. High scores on emotional exhaustion and depersonalisation and low scores on personal accomplishment indicate burnout. Emotional Exhaustion scores for 9 items range from 0-54. Depersonalization scores for 5 items range from 0-30 and personal accomplishment scores for 8 items range from 0-48
