This dataset contains the raw output signals of the STS under different vibrational and rotational excitation conditions. During the experiments, the alternating-current output signals generated by the STS were wirelessly acquired using the OpenBCI system at a sampling frequency of 500 Hz and saved as Excel files. Each data file was numbered and systematically named according to the corresponding experimental condition, with the file name indicating key information including the excitation type, spatial position, excitation frequency, and vibration amplitude or rotation angle. This dataset can be used for deep learning model training, parameter identification, state classification, and related studies.
