This repository opens the core data and code for the paper Conformal Toolpath in Direct Ink Writing for Continuous Filament Filling on Unstructured Surface. To address filament discontinuity, uneven deposition and filling defects of traditional planar toolpaths in DIW printing on unstructured curved surfaces, this work proposes a novel conformal continuous filling toolpath generation method. It adapts to surface geometric features to achieve complete continuous filament coverage and improve printing forming quality and structural integrity. This repo contains Key original code, experimental data, simulation results, toolpath files, demonstration videos and full supporting information for paper validation and reproduction.
