This dataset compiles publicly available statistics on sexual violence, institutional responses, and legal reform in Bangladesh (2020–2025). It brings together reported incidence data, victim demographics, justice outcomes (conviction rates, case duration, case backlog), the statutory and procedural reform timeline, and references to national survey reports. Every figure is source-attributed, including the originating agency (police headquarters, judiciary, NGO monitors), reporting outlet, publication date, and URL. The dataset supports the peer-reviewed article "Rape, Power, and Protest: Structural Violence and Feminist Mobilisation in Bangladesh after the 2025 Magura Case" (Social Sciences & Humanities Open, 2026) and is intended for researchers, advocates, and policymakers studying sexual violence, gender justice, institutional failure, and the reach and limits of social movement mobilisation.
