Description

Bulk RNA-seq conducted on maternal-fetal interface tissue (Pla) or isolated microglia (MG) exposed to maternal immune activation. This dataset includes gene counts for two experimental groups (saline and polyI:C) split by sex (F and M) at four timepoints (E12, E14, P5, and P90).
