Description

This is the data of a cooking program carried out in 2019 among college students and older citizens in Aomori Prefecture, Japan and the survey of 22 valid questionnaires among 27 older participants on the difficulty and reproducibility of cooking, desired menus, and changes after joining the cooking program.
