Description

The repository contains 4 datasets (.csv): 1) Leaf_targeted_metabolomics, 2) Grain_targeted_metabolomics, 3) Selected_gas_exchange parameters, 4) Yield_related_data. Cultivars used are coded as follows: V1 = Mirabor, V2 = Primabella, V3 = Primadonna, V5 = Mandelup, V6 = Iris, V7 = Jenabilup Temperature treatments are coded as follows: C/CT23 = Control conditions, HS2/HS38 = Heat stress (for more details regarding the treatment specification, please refer to the corresponding article) Stages of development are coded as follows: D1 = Flower spike emergence (early reproductive development), D2 = Grain filling (late reproductive development) All details regarding the treatments, metabolomic and gas exchange analyses are provided in the corresponding article.
