Steps to reproduce

The data were collected on a Krios G4 cryo-transmission electron microscope (Thermo Fisher Scientific, USA) equipped with a thermal field emission electron gun operated at 300 kV, GIF-Biocontinuum energy filter (Gatan, USA) with a 20 eV slit width, and a K3 direct electron detector camera (Gatan, USA) at the Center for Research and Education on Drug Discovery, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Hokkaido University. The cryo-EM data for the pY-STAT1−P-CTD complex were processed using cryoSPARC.
