Description

The document (pdf file) offers a summary about the QRL (Quasi-Random Lattice) model, presented in detail in some articles [years 2007-2024]. QRL is concerned with the modelling of the activity behaviour of electrolytes. Thermodynamic properties (mean-activity and osmotic coefficients, apparent and partial relative molal volumes, enthalpies and heat capacities) have been investigated with application to various aqueous solutions of electrolytes. Predictive potentialities of the QRL model have so far been substantiated by the published results.
