Description

This dataset supports the simulation work developed in the dissertation "Enabling Energy Communities as Aggregators in Ancillary Services Markets" (FEUP/INESC TEC, 2026). It contains hourly time series for the year 2022 used as inputs to the SITEC planning optimisation framework, covering five residential prosumers of a renewable energy community developed in the context of the ATE - Alliance for Energy Transition project. The dataset includes electricity consumption profiles and PV generation profiles derived from smart-meter measurements at 15-minute resolution and aggregated to hourly intervals, OMIE day-ahead market prices for the Portuguese bidding zone, historical mFRR capacity and activation prices from the Portuguese balancing market, and the corresponding mFRR activation ratios computed from contracted band and activated energy data retrieved from the REN DataHub. All data correspond to the calendar year 2022.
