ELISA absorbance values for evaluation of HRP-conjugate stability in different stabilizing formulations
Description
This dataset contains raw and processed ELISA absorbance data from the evaluation of HRP-IgG conjugate stability in five different stabilizing formulations during a five-month storage period. The dataset includes measurements used to assess conjugate activity, stability, and performance compared with a freshly prepared control conjugate.

Steps to reproduce
The dataset was generated during the evaluation of the long-term stability of HRP-IgG conjugates stored in five different stabilizing formulations. The HRP-IgG conjugate was diluted in each formulation and stored under defined conditions. Conjugate performance was monitored over a five-month storage period by measuring ELISA signal intensity at regular intervals. ELISA measurements were performed using a ELISA SARS-CoV-2 kit with positive and negative controls and blank samples included in each assay. Absorbance values were recorded using a microplate reader, and the obtained data were used to calculate conjugate activity retention and variability parameters. The HRP-IgG conjugate was tested at a fixed working dilution, and all formulations were evaluated under identical assay conditions. Raw absorbance values and processed data used for statistical analysis are included in this dataset.
