Description

The temperature factor will have an effect on the growth of the Acumara. Sheet one shows the growth in weight (g) of the larvae during the first 30 dpe. Sheet two contains the data obtained from the morphometric analyzes in which the measurements are: Total Length (LT), Body Length (BC), Preanal Length (PL), Head Length (HL), Snout Length (SL) , Eye Orbit Diameter 1 (DE1), Eye Orbit Diameter 2 (DE2), Body Height (BH), Mandible Length (LM) and Lower Jaw Angle (AM). The larvae of the T3 treatment (25ºC) presented the best growth in weight (85 mg). In total length, the larvae of treatment T4 (29ºC) showed the greatest growth (19.6 mm). The data to carry out the morphometric analyzes allow identifying morphological variations in the transformation from larvae to juveniles in each of the treatments.
