Description

Screen of an actinomycetes library yields antimalarial candidates that are non-toxic. A compound purified from an active extract, PDE-I2, potently inhibits P.falciparum proliferation. GraphPad Prism data are included, supporting figures 4-6, S1,2,4,5, and Table S1
