Structured Dataset of Prognostic Outcomes Associated With fQRS in Pediatric Cardiac Diseases
Description
The dataset presented in this article was generated from a systematic review investigating the prognostic implications of fragmented QRS (fQRS) in pediatric heart diseases. The review was conducted according to PRISMA guidelines using predefined search terms across PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, Scopus, and the Cochrane Library. After screening 5,694 records, nine studies met the eligibility criteria and were included in the final dataset. The extracted data include study-level characteristics, patient demographics, disease categories, follow-up duration, and reported clinical outcomes associated with fQRS. Outcome-level data covered ventricular function parameters, arrhythmic events, and major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). When available, raw numerical outcome data and statistical measures, including effect estimates and p-values, were also extracted from the included studies. The dataset was organized into structured tables to facilitate accessibility, comparison across studies, and potential future reuse in secondary analyses and evidence synthesis.
