Description

The dataset is generated from ZooMS analysis on 866 fragmentary bones from Yumidong and Jinsitai caves, China. Both t2d and mzml formats data are packed. Noted that the mzml files are converted from t2d files by t2d2mzml converter, developed by Gao et al which is available online (http://www.pepchem.org/download/converter.html). The maps of MALDI-TOF 384 target plates are also provided, to link the sample and spotted position. We also upload the images of 31 ZooMS identified camel specimens from Jinsitai cave.
