Steps to reproduce

The review adopted the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines, following the structure recommended by Page et al. (2021). The literature search was conducted in the Scopus database using a refined and conceptually focused query designed to capture studies at the intersection of hybrid learning and student engagement in education.
