Description

Original western blot images of c-Jun (1:100; Cell Signalling, 9165), Lamin B1 (2 ug/mL; Invitrogen, 33-2000) and Gapdh (1:1000; Cell Signalling, 2118) staining of nuclear and cytoplasmic fractions from EPIC cells (Ruiz-Villalba et al., 2013) in control conditions (no treated) and after incubation with starved growth medium (1% FBS) supplemented with 100 ng/mL Wnt5a (Sigma, A2547) for 30 or 60 min. First lane (left lane) includes Millipore prestained protein marker (10-203 kDa, MPSTD4).

Steps to reproduce

0.45 um PVDF membranes. 20 ug protein loading. Protein transfer using Trans-Blot Turbo System (25 V, 1.0 A, 30 min).
